![]() New water treatment process significantly improves the quality of concrete and saves a great amount of production costs Ultra-SMW-Concrete is an innovation concrete production technology, protected by various patents, that gives new opportunities to produce higher grade concrete at lower prices. Ultra-SMW-Concrete reduces manufacturing costs of concrete and all concrete products by 2 to 5%. The technology allows reducing cement contents, while receiving the same grade of concrete. The use of additives can also be significantly reduced. How It Works Ultra-SMW-Concrete represents a hydrodynamic variation generator. This patented line of products is the only one in the world to generate sound and ultrasound waves through the piping system without using any external source of energy. Ultrasound treatment decomposes water molecules clusters in a purely physical way and greatly reduces surface tension, which significantly improves the wetting capacity of water. The treatment makes water to much faster and more efficiently react with the binding agent. This improves the flowability of concrete and gives a great opportunity of changing the water/cement ratio without the negative effects on concrete workability, since standard density of concrete mixes is reached with a reduced quanity of water. The use of Ultra-SMW-concrete reduces water contents on the average by 3 to 8 liters per cubic meter of concrete. It allows higher compressive strength. . Higher grades of concrete give better results with regards to efficiency and compressive strength increase. Existing customers mixing formulations can easily be changed with a view of achieving high cost effectiveness. Reduction of cement quantity by 10 to 15 kg per cubic meter can easily be made. Additional savings can be made from the reduction of additives contents. The efficiency and advantages of Ultra-SMW-Concrete are demonstrated and proven by laboratory and plant tests from numerous independant bodies and companies.

Benefits - Cost saving via cement and additives reduction - Increased concrete strength. - Reduction of water/cement factor. - Reduced risk of segregation and bleeding - Better surface quality (without pores), especially when pigments are used. - Increased flowability and pumpability of concrete - Less water needed for concrete preparation - Easy to use in all type of concrete mixing plants - Lower temperature during hydration - Very easy installation. No wiring, no electric parts, no mess. - Environmentally friendly. Ultra-SMW-Concrete does not consume electric energy. It only uses a very small amount of enery from the water flow in the piping system How To Install Ultra-SMW-Concrete is very easy to be installed in every concrete batching plant. Usually, it is mounted on the water pipe after the water pump, since it has a requirement for minimum water pressure (2 bar) Ultra-SMW-Concrete is a reliable product with a very long life span. It has no moving, electric or electronic parts and does not need any maintenance. The product does not consume electric energy and is completely environmentally friendly. It can treat tap or recycled water. The product is protected by a 10 years guarantee by the manufacturer. The price and payback period Ultra-SMW-Concrete prices depend on the volume of treated water. Standardly, it is produced in the following sizes: 3/4"; 1"; 1 1/4"; 1 1/2"; 2"; 2 1/2" and 3". The general savings potential for regular grades of concrete (25/40) is about Euro 1.00 (or about 2% of cost) per cubic meter . Additional savings can be achieved via careful optimosation of the concrete mix design. Higher savings will be received with higher grades of concrete. For a medium size batching plant (e.g. 130 m3/h capacity), the investment for a Ultra-SMW-Concrete unit is 100% paid back after about 2 000 m3 are produced.
